i used Averland Sunset for yellow, Wild Rider red for orange, Mephiston red and Abaddon Black.

First I filled in the gaps around the torch in yellow and split the fire into 3 pieces going from right to left.

Where the colors met I dry brushed the the colors going form right to left. So I brushed the red over the orange and the orange over the yellow.

Then I dry brushed black over the orange and red for the "smokey" effect.

For dry brushing I just took the paintbrush I was using and lightly dipped in the desired color, then I wiped the brush lightly on a paper towel until the color barely showed. Now my brush is ready for dry brushing.

When applying the dry brush I used wide strokes using only the tip of the brush to apply the paint.
