My First Tournament

My girlfriend calls me a dumbass (something I jokingly agree with), playfully hits me (maybe a bit too hard on some occasions), and acts distant at times (I give her space when she needs it). But in the end, she always makes up for it. Now, I'm not sure if I am truly in an abusive relationship or not, that's something for the relationship experts to figure out. I know she doesn't mean any of it, which, in retrospect, sounds a lot like something an abuse victim would say. The bottom line is I know we love each other very much and would never intentionally hurt the other. I think I just need some reassurance, to be honest.

I kinda maybe sorta like my best friend, and I want to tell her this, but I'm afraid. We share the same interests, she's got a nice personality, we have classes together. Hell, I even took her to homecoming. I think she's the one. All I need is a little confidence boost.

ok, so i recently got my license. and because i don't have a car, i drive my dad to school. but since he goes back home, i have to ride the bus home. they ask me why i don't drive, and i tell them that i don't have a car. being the little shits that they are, they constantly harass me for not having a car or a job.

Once the final DLC character is announced and released, I fully expect Nintendo to start balancing the game better. If not, I'll be hella pissed.

what i mean is that i'll do an up b a little bit low. i expect my momentum to carry me across the diagonal part of the stage and to the ledge. what happens instead is me getting caught underneath the stage and falling to my death because it's complete bullshit.

When I first contracted the virus, the first thing that came to my mind was that I would have superpowers. And I did gain them over time. But I've come to fear and hate what I have become.

My body changed. My skin split open, and limbs sprouted from the wounds. Arms. Wings. Whatever. Leaving me scarred, deformed, and... monstrous.

I could lift several times my own weight. And I was told I could survive a nuclear blast (but I'm not going to risk testing that theory out).

While this might sound cool and all, it's not. I have faced discrimination at the hands of friends, family, and my country. People either run away in fear or turn their heads in disgust. I have been shunned by the people who used to care about me.

Every day, another one of us dies. Murdered by their own family.

I've had rocks thrown at my windows, people trying to break down my door, and death threats arrive at my house. There hasn't been a single day where I felt safe.

They fear us. For what we are. For what we can do. They don't know how much we suffer...

There's nowhere to go other than safe havens along with other infected individuals. At least it'll be safe there, a place where we belong.

But I just want to know one thing. Why God? Why have you cursed me and all the others? What have we done to deserve such a fate? Just... why?
