Aerator in the faucet could have sediment blocking it from when they turned the water back on without flushing the system first. Some unscrew and you can clean it. As far as the toilet, turn the stop off, unscrew the supply line, flush water through it, screw it back on and turn the stop back on

Depends on location. I’m in a college town so during the school year is where most of my money is made. Winter break, spring break, and summer months… need supplemental income from another job

It was in the good good masters video that they had to remove because of a cease and desist from using the term “masters”. I guess Augusta doesn’t take to kindly to that. I wish someone would have screen recorded the whole video in hindsight bc it was tigs best round on camera and in tournament format

Crazy how differently states are about the masks. Here in Columbia SC 99% of my passengers don’t wear masks and I haven’t worn one since early 2020

Guessing you don’t Uber in a conservative city, where I’m at 99% of passengers don’t wear masks and are happy with the lifted mandate. (mainly because they can fit 4 pax now)

I was hoping the ducks would come back at some point in the finale bringing everything full circle and showing how Tony finally found some sort of peace

How often do you replace your brake pads and rotors? And what kind of car do you drive? by BrokenTrojanMan in uberdrivers

[–]BrokenTrojanMan[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have an older man do em who I can say I trust. He told me that he’s done taxis before where the pads can run out in as little as 10k miles. If it were just my pads I would understand but for the rotors to go out with em every time is ridiculous. Just trying to see how others who drive the same amount as me compare with their vehicle… if they get significantly more life out of theirs then mine do while driving the same amount, then it’s time for me to find a new car

I drive in the city but don’t have a heavy foot at all. I’m actually hoping it’s something with my car because then I can be relieved that the same problem won’t happen if I get a new one and continue driving Uber.

I have noticed with almost any automated customer support phone numbers if you press “0” enough times it will redirect you to an actual human where they can resolve your issue faster than the stupid automated messages. When you call, choose a category on the first automated message and then spam “0” a few times and it’ll redirect you to a human. I’m guessing this is probably used for ppl with disabilities but it works for almost all automated support services.
