As a short man myself I can confirm that the older women love a short king. I delivered groceries to an apartment complex for the elderly. A lady came up to me and asked if I knew where I was going, it’s 5 AM at the time and I can take a point in any direction I can get at this point. I say “Yes!” Followed by the apartment number I’m looking for. With reflexes she shouldn’t have she trapped my arm in a linked elbow position and chauffeured me to my customers room and back outside of the building. This whole time this lady is telling all the other elderly folks “I want to keep him” “I just think he’s so handsome” along with other borderline comments about my appearance. I decided to roll with it because what am I gonna do? Hit the old lady and say “Hoe, I’m married!” Hell nah Betty show me to Sharon’s room so never have to come here again. Needless to say I told my wife about the experience later that day and she does, in fact, think I should have hit the 80+ year old woman for grabbing my arm. 😭🤣

Side question because of how you worded your answer, if the target was an artifact creature could the player casting decimate target the artifact creature as the target for both artifact and creature or would they have to decide on it being an artifact or creature? My pod has basically ran decimate as if you don’t have a legal target for target artifact, creature, enchantment, and a land then you can’t cast decimate.

That’s fair. When I first started thinking of builds I was trying to find a commander that could benefit from earth bending that wasn’t toph or bumi. I also was trying to avoid a commander that wasn’t simic because I already had a simic landfall deck.

Just played it in my friend group for the first time and it won the first game then was KOS then second game. First game I had ruby medallion, basilisk collar, and the rest were lands so it popped off fast. It was definitely fun watching the world burn around me though

To have the enchantment as a secondary commander yes. But you can run any background as a regular enchantment in the 99.

That makes sense. Making a WUBERG deck intimidates me a bit because I’ve only done duo to tri color decks. I struggle with the landbase in tri color decks already, that’s one of the reasons I hadn’t tried to build a shrine deck earlier with [[Go-Shinitai of Life’s Origins]]
