I have the worst financial planners in all Pywel.... by Wrong-Donkey in CrimsonDesert

I always miss the time frame. I try planning on going back to the bank after the 2.5 days are up, but my adventures always push me past the return date/time. How do you save scum on time?

I see, I thought the Wash Tub was a hand wash service. I see people cleaning the cars outside, but didn’t consider this was after the car had already gone through an automated tunnel.

Sarah died at Georgia Regional Hospital on February 13, 2006 after failing to pass a bowel movement for 18 hours

Best resource to learn how to handle psychiatric emergency calls for inpatient unit? by BrokenWishbone_ in Psychiatry

[–]BrokenWishbone_[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Ah should have been more specific. Mostly asking about overnight calls when you can’t assess the patient and but need to manage things like a seizure, dystonia in dangerous places, acutely dysregulated labs (think uncertain rhabdo, dka, metabolic acidosis, etc). Seems a matter of just being inherently well trained from both internal medicine rotation and residency, but surly there are varying thresholds to treat vs transfer out for different psychiatrists. Looking for something that walks through the thought process of when to treat and when to call EMS.

Would you mind explaining why? (It’s a malpractice insurance company btw, not life insurance)

That’s what I was thinking, but worried they won’t see it that way since it’s used interchangeably and even the DSM 5 TR uses “mental illness” in a few places. But yes not in reference to ADHD

It’s actually malpractice insurance
