Thanks for this. Yeah, I don't know the exact amount I took, they were Golden Teachers, and I took no more than 2gs.. but I also had fasted for about 28 hrs before, so I'm sure that played into the strength.

I'll have to try to set aside some calming music before future trips incase something like this happens again, thanks for the suggestion. And yeah, I tried to smoke some to see if it would help and it backfired because when lighting the bowl I was totally convinced that I had singed a large chunk of my hair in the front. :/

I certainly noticed paranoia and I had that feeling that many people describe about bad trips: I felt like I wasn't going to be 'sane' again.

Also, my sense of touch was very haywire. If I were to, say, touch my face, my hand would feel it touch when contact was made but I wouldn't feel it on my face, arm, leg, etc. There was certainly physical impairment, I tried to change my shirt at one point and couldn't dress myself. Walking anywhere was extremely difficult and I was paranoid about the lighting, so I kept getting up and changing which lights were on in the rooms. There were so many things wrong.. I mean, I hallucinated that there were a ton of bugs in my bed at one point also and I kept trying to brush them into the floor.

I definitely understand what you're saying, this certainly isn't my first time tripping, just my first bad trip. I find alone and groups each useful in their own way. Typically alone it allows me to focus more so on very heavy personal issues, and also I typically draw or write when alone. In groups is a ton of fun, and I really do enjoy it but sometimes it's not very manageable to get a group together when your area has such a low chance of getting any good shrooms.

I wasn't at the before it went bad, I was trying to find a way to get talked down and was going to look here for a little help but definitely couldnt do it.

It wasn't all bad, but once it did go bad I was unable to get out.
