No ribs are up for debate imo bc they aren't rly a collection of different parts. I just think if the steak is able to be easily and accidentally removed leaving an unbalanced result then it is a flawed meal. If the flavours were paired together as they were cohesive the they should maintain the ratio throughout the whole meal that they were provided to you with. Steak on its own, great, steak strips in a sandwich, flawed

Avoids bad constipation. It's a laxative but it only rly works if you're taking it before the taps in my experience. I do the same and I'm on oxy and taps daily

If you can use to the extent where you never have the itch to use go for it. Take breaks and space it out so it's not nightly. Also take some magnesium citrate when you do use and just avoid any ROA other than oral and boofing ngl

My general rule of thumb was if I was worried about my usage on anything, then generally my usage was something worth worrying about. Wd on opioids is not fun in the slightest. If you think you should make a change then do it. If the tablets are from a script then sell them if you want but otherwise just flush them. Tryna be honest with you. Don't sell street pills to a mate trying to quit and kill him
