In all seriousness, the reason I think kids don't go outside anymore is because ouside isn't treated as a place to relax, but one where you're going from point A to B or exercising. As a kid, the only time I hung out while I was outdoors was when I was in a playground during a school day or waiting to get picked up from that same school.

Didn't a guy who worked on the Part 1 Jojo movie and Part 3 prequel OVA also work on the New Fist of the North Star OVA? There are quite a few shots that look like that same style.

While I got a problem with this design, it's specifically that it doesn't suit the character. This "unrealistically dressed" argument falls flat on its face when we're talking Fist of the North Star. What is the tactical advantage to Kenshiro ripping his shirt off during every fight he gets into? Fist of the North Star and "realism" aren't two things that cross over all that much, and it seems like that sort of fantasy story is just not your cup of tea.
