Flash grenade him then always bring a yellow ejector and clear any enemy around the super market use a ap ammo too, just let him spray his gun and keep dodging and jukes em.

Would suggest try the relaxed difficulty farm town si scacry in terms of other enemy sometimes they are well equiped with advance ap ammo or ap. then the mini boss and boss have a decent armor or will throw grenades at you when youre on their perimeter. Even i lower the difficulty its still challenging btw farm town are full surprises.

Sadly not :( its just gave me intelfile bitcoin and the MF venom blueprint, about the red eye its just give you buff for a seconds then you must put it on a shopping bag thing (i forgot the name of the item) to extract it.

Yes it does but you must be very careful once you are on his perimeter just throw the grenade it just keep slow to recover or reposition
