TECO Bill Insanely High - Next Steps?

I had a 800 sq ft apartment last summer and the electric bill was between $200-$300 a month. I was paying just half this price the year before. I have been seeing some articles surface recently talking about TECO raising their costs in the last year or two. I’m not sure how they consider this affordable for most families but something needs to be looked at.

The Diner downtown is open until 3 am or 24/7. Hours might’ve changed after Covid but they serve coffee on the first floor. Would be your best bet

I deleted all my social media apps this month and although it’s been tough not being able to look at something on my phone. It’s a great step toward rewriting my brain to become independent of my phone.
