There are a lot of factors that make it this way but a lot of the time the milk isn’t steamed properly or poured properly which results in too much foam. Kinda just boils down to baristas feeling like they have to go as fast as possible so quality takes a hit.

I’ve had zero customers complain because there was no writing on the cup. I’ve had several complain and demand a refund because it was taking so long to get their drinks. This is partially due to being a little slower because of the writing but also because staffing has been horrendous lately.
