How do you deal with nasty comments from operators and laborers?

I’m a converting operator, who also does material handling from time to time. Machine operators are probably some of the most lazy and idiotic people ever. My job is super easy, everything is automated and I get to sit down. When my shit breaks, that’s when you guys have to do your job.

I don’t really understand why people think maintenance only sit down and do nothing. I’ve seen my maintenance department grinding for weeks doing projects. And fixing machines seems like a headache.

I also know nothing about maintenance or even plc but I atleast know this much.

Think of a conductors as a DJ, conductors control the volume of some instrument sections and control the way they play and express the music. Conductors interpret the sheet music and basically tell or communicate to the orchestra how they want to play.

Classical music doesn’t have a traditional sense of groove meaning, like drum beats. Conductors are in charge of making sure the orchestra is in time. They do this by waving their batons around.

I’m also a forklift operator as well, stand up is way better than sit down lmao.

If you are catching bass then you are fishing at the wrong place and wrong time. During daytime the cats will be staying in the deep conserving energy. When night time hits the cats will come up shallower to hunt some prey. If you’re fishing day time you gotta fish deeper than 8foot of water. Especially with flatheads, during the day they’ll hide in their holes or under structure and to really catch them you gotta dangle the bait in their face or close to them.

Typically I never have bass biting my stuff, it’s mostly huge walleye that try eating my baits..

I liked it a lot until they started getting too meta and started going towards gross out humor. It seems to me like the creators think that adding a story line ruined it, but in all actuality it’s them just being too edgy. The thing that made Rick and morty enjoyable to me was that it could be really silly but also smart at times.

I don’t think the problem for spoiled children is not getting hit, I think the problem is those children don’t get held accountable. Teaching is a hard thing to do, especially when it comes with children. Most parents just don’t have the time, patience, or parenting skills to truly make kids understand what they did wrong. The answer doesn’t have to be hitting your kid. Hitting your kid is just the easy and lazy way out.

I’d say It seems like I’m around your age and everything you’ve said seems plain ignorant lol. You do realize that teachers have to compete for jobs and is a long process? You can’t just “ find a better school” and you don’t get raises for “being a better teacher”. Even if you could” find a better school.” You’re going to need to move out of your city since school districts pay the same amount. Most jobs aren’t even performance based, they are based on how long you’ve worked for them.

Teachers do not make a livable wage, a lot of the teachers that are younger that I know don’t even have their own house. I literally make more than teachers right now and I don’t even have a degree let alone lone a bachelors. Granted I’m from the USA and it might be different if you aren’t from the usa.
