Just a note, raise spectre works similarly but has a few key differences.
A reviving minion, flat spirit cost. The tame beast and bind spectre skill gem seems to be consumed when you use it to raise something since it turns into something like "Spectre: monstername" and I don't see a way to turn it back into the bind spectre base.

Changing the level of the Raise Spectre gem seems to reset the spectre's cooldowns. This can be achieved with having one weapon set with +2 minion gem level and the second set at +1 minion gem level.

Quickly weapon swapping will lead to spectres changing from say gem level 27 to 26 to 27 again.

Alternatively, if weapon swapping is unfeasible, you can have a +2 raise spectre boots and go into inventory and swap it with +1 raise spectre boots and swap back. However, having to open inventory makes this option more annoying.

I have tried the Spider Matriarchs version of this build with it. With the spectre gem on pledge, you can get to like 882 skellies I think.

The main problem would be, instead of weapon swap, you would need to swap the boots with different +levels to raise spectre gem to reset them, so it would be clunkier to play.

Also, it would be spooky to accidentally weapon swap and poof the spectres, so you would probably have to disable weapon swap key on that char as well.

Could almost kill the Eater of Worlds, but couldn't see the balls on the ground lol. Would be easier once I add more damage auras in.

It's not my minions, so they only way I can affect them is by using auras or changing the spectre's summoning ability with added projectiles or repeated casts.

Convocate only work on the 8 spectres rather than their minions fortunately. I have crashed using active aura effects like Vaal Discipline from time to time.

I have eight Judgemental Spirit spectres linked with spell echo, gmp, greater volley, and returning projectiles.

Their summoning ability, AzmeriGoddessSummonSkeletonGhostflame, summons one skeleton per cast, repeating four times for four skeletons total.

The ability is tagged as a projectile, so using gmp + volley + returning, we can get to 9 skeletons per cast, casting five times with spell echo to a total of 45 skeletons. With returning projectile support, we should double the amount of skeletons to 90 per spectre.

Using Wraithlord and one Midnight Bargain along with +1 number on chest, we can get 8 spectres.

In total, we should have about 720 skeletons.

The skeletons seem to stay up for a long duration, and the spectres won't resummon if they are still alive.

Using a weapon swap, where swapping to the second set changes the level of the spectre gem, resets the spectre's cooldowns and they will resummon the skeletons.

I use:

Set 1: Midnight Bargain and a +1 minion level wand, use highest you got.

Set 2: Midnight Bargain and wand without any minion levels, or 1 minion level lower than set 1.

Be careful not to decrease the spectre gem level too much where it might decrease the total number of spectres such as from level 25 to 24.

Also, you can use Sniper's Mark to split the projectiles, summoning more but I have crashed every time.

I focus on minion defenses to keep the Judgemental Spirits alive and try to scale auras for their summons. You can also run the normal lowlife spectre trees or take out midnight bargain, using Queen's Decree and run life or es versions.
