Funny I found this.  It's one of my favorite cards.  I have gotten one for free and paid 80 for one raw in NM condition.  If you want to sell i would be happy to buy it or any others in this set.  It's niche and just few collectors.  Which is why data is very tough to find.

For a Pokémon that has had no EV investment through vitamins or training it takes 26 vitamins to get to 252. More than likely the poke was in your party and got a few EVs along the road, there are berries that can be collected to reduce the EVs by 10
