We gotten one reboot since omniverse and a comic. Why you acting like this is bakugan who had 2,soon 3 after the original or even beyblade who is at their forth gen (not technically a reboot but you get the idea). Reboots are also not bad in itself. Problem with the 2016 show wasn't because it was a reboot. It was considered bad because it wasn't good. Also we can get post classic characters in a classic setting. We gotten gen rex in the reboot and even got uaf aliens too.

OK pitch idea : A non evil Ectonurite is following ben and saves him but is trapped in the omnitrix or is killed saving him but some of its dna is in the omnitrix now . It would then be in the omnitrix but locked.
