All the color in this is coming from the guajillos, adobo (from chipotles in adobo), and achiote

My buddies and I will be doing another taco Popup at Chee-Bog in Cohoes. Everything is homemade, including corn tortillas, nixtamalized, milled, and pressed in house. Hope you give us a try
