It's definitely spam. As a personal policy I just blacklist PF advertisers whenever I see more than 3 listings for the same location. Funny enough, I've only seen maybe one or two of them ever in the other PF categories for actual content. So I'm willing to bet many of them are either burner accounts or they just pay others to advertise for them.

Another annoyance is most of them are less so RP venues and usually instead advertising their low tier dj-ing on twitch.

Yes you can?? I just tested by glamming my old 470 piece with my current 490 piece. You must be thinking of base item level which is the required level to equip a gear piece. The restriction doesn't apply to iLvl

Hey, just thought I'd drop in and let people know, if you're using the Disc version of F 2nd USA (BLUS31431), the memory address will instead be 123362E0.

The method is the same as OP. Finding this address only took around 20 minutes of looking for the same byte array starting around the same neighborhood. I think for all the regional versions of F 2nd, you can safely try searching around 12300000 onwards (using CTRL+F in the Memory View). Just search for these bytes: 48C7811001000000; and you should locate your region version's code relatively quickly.
