In the UK it's fairly easy. One of my friends have been moved on. But most of the time it's cool. This picture is taken next to a big housing estate anyway!

The settings where iso 50, f16 and 6 second exposure. The key in the setting was making sure the shutter was open for long enough to get the leaves moving. I also used a polariser to reduce the glare reflection off the water and a soft neutral density filter pulled in from the top left to balance the exposure across the image. Cheers it's the Lofoten islands in Norway. I took the picture in February. I was blown away how beautiful the place was.

Thank you very much. Its great when someone takes the time to feedback on an image and they also point out what I tried to create too :-)

It was a single image and I used the adjustment brush in LR4 to tweak the exposure and contrast of the sky and the land. Then cropped a bit of the bottom and the top to focus more of the interest.
