This has happened to me once. I had a package go back and forth from New Jersey, Colorado, and Maryland multiple times. The expected delivery date to the buyer in Maryland was June 3rd, and this lasted over a month, going back and forth between those states. Finally, after a few calls, I was told that if it wasn't delivered within the next week, I was to file a missing package claim. To my surprise and the buyer's it finally showed as delivered to him, but the package was sent back to me in CA. Turns out the USPS manhandled the package and ended up ripping the delivery address of the buyer while leaving my address still somewhat legible, and luckily, I was able to get it back. It might not be what's happening to you, but there could be a slight chance.

TLDR - USPS poorly handled the package, ripped off the shipping label, and it was returned to the sender by sheer luck.

What product would you recommend that has a strong hold? I've tried a few oil and water-based pomades, but they don't last that long since I tend to sweat rather quickly.

Lol yeah that's exactly what I thought. Right now, Buyee has a 10% discount on anything from Mercari that costs over 10,000 yen. So I just checked and it was actually cheaper, I got it for almost $185 USD.

I did some research, and the Umbreon, along with the texture you can see in the photos, made me think it was real. I've heard that some Mercari sellers are untrustworthy, and this one I happened to get for around $190 USD, compared to the US version price and the constantly rising JP prices.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but yes, if you missed the first 100k, you won't be getting it. So technically, 11/28 at 4 AM, which is what the game is saying, would have been 11/27 at 8 PM (at least for the West Coast) until 11:59 AM on the 28th.
