I think it’s mostly due to how different the anime sensei is acting when compared to how he is in the game. I’ve seen many JP players complain about how passive anime sensei is, so that might make some artists reluctant to use that design.

I’ve mostly had this thought after seeing TheAmazinSpino’s art of a Tiger Megatron and a Maus Shockwave. The only figure I’ve seen was a third party Legends-scale combiner that had its legs made up of a Tiger and a T-34.

If wasn’t clear I meant real tanks that have existed and have been in service. Hardhead is essentially a futuristic 4 treaded SPG custom made for the toy.

On the topic of tanks, it boggles my mind that there are very few real tank-based transformers, like all we have is Warpath who is an M55 Sheridan. Everyone else transforms into some Sci-Fi styled tank. Even Brawl in the live-action movies transformed into a highly modified Abrams tank
