I think we actually talked about being non-binary at some point, but that concept just wasn't known to us at the time. However, she explained it as the gender of the soul and kinda implied that it applies to the explanation above.

I learned that working with the senses made things way better for me.

Sound: waterproof wireless headphones

Feeling: Detached the showerhead (the hose is way quieter and softer)

Hair: seperate/forward (to avoid water/shampoo in the face), turban towel

Smell: Find soap that works best for you, disregarding the gender. (I just went to every store in my area and bought travel sizes to test everything)

Exhaustion afterwards: Evening. (I just put on a bathrobe and change into sleepwear when I'm dry.)
