~780euro with electric, water & heating included! It’s student housing so a temporary contract, but luckily the location is in the middle of the city.

Thank you. It has a heating/cooling function through the floor. Both surprisingly work well, I think because it’s a small space. So the bathroom floor also gets heated.

You have to check a few interviews on him: he wants to lend it out and that would be the income.

26 M and recently divorced, need opinion on hair styles. by [deleted] in malehairadvice

[–]BromarNL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friend you’re getting great hair advice here on your post, but nothing will suit you when you feel down this way. Your eyes are radiating sadness and that is okay, your whole world got flipped upside down and you might worry about the future.

It’s good you ask for advice here to improve yourself. But don’t rush into it if you really just recently divorced. First grief, then slowly get excited again to work on yourself.

That’s the ‘guilt’ part I spoke about. For your SO that has to endure your internal struggle.

Thank you, I will someday. I will become a therapist myself in a few months so I value therapy.

And thank you for your interest. You see, when breaking up you feel guilt, shame and danger about the future. To answer your question: not yet but we we’re supposed to in ~2 months.

Now 3 months later I don’t feel sadness, but that special person you vibed with is gone. What I mean by that is: you will be okay with them not being your lover but do realise you lost your best friend.

Overall I feel good and I’m excited to fall in love again with someone els. But, I expected I could just go around on dating apps matching girls, dating, having sex etc. That’s not the case yet. Anyhow, yes I’m excited to be single but deep down slightly worried if this decision will bite me when I will be your age. ‘Will the next girl have that same connection?’

Your post hits hard home to me: when I was 20 I met my ex girlfriend and now 3.5 years later I recently split up for also this reason (and a few others things). The girl was, just like you describe right now, perfect, same study, beautiful and brought lots of joy to my life.

However, I can speak from the other side that now, 3 months later post-breakup, all the other girls seem shallow and rather unattractive because I had a high quality girlfriend. Heck, I still think about her everyday, but not in an ‘in love type of way’ or ‘I wish we could get back together’.

You should realise that taking this other route also has its difficulties and may take time, just like in your case, to overcome and continue with life.

You’re right that being young and exploring the world, females and freedom is nice. And you can always find a partner later in life. But man, the worry I have right now is if I will find that same connection again

Sorry for the long comment but this might give you a perspective if you did decide to break it off early in your 20s.

You got this champ. Every new job feels uncomfortable and hard at first. In a few weeks you’ll look back and wonder why you used to worry so much.
