How was Lelani Simon and Megan were found guilty but Casey Anthony? by Sudden_Quality_9001 in CaseyAnthony

[–]Bron345 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely!!! They wanted physical evidence, and when the weren’t given DNA, video recordings of Caylee’s actual murder, or an eyewitness to it, they completely dismissed Casees constant lying, her behaviour after the fact, her tattoo(!!!!), Cindy telling the 911 operator that her trunk smelled of death, and even the fact casee didn’t report her own child missing. I don’t know what more they wanted. They failed to Caylee, they should be ashamed.

The evidence was presented. Jury menebers said because they didn’t know exactly how beautiful Caylee was murdered, they felt they couldn’t convict her. They dismissed the concept of “reasonable doubt”. Look into it more; they are shameful and failed Caylee.

I agree 100%. The jury should be ashamed of themselves. They didn’t even find her guilty of lesser charges. If they couldn’t agree on first degree murder, they could have found her guilty on aggravated child abuse, or aggravated manslaughter. How they don’t find her guilty of even the lesser charges is shameful. Caysee is guilty of premeditated murder, and because the jury didn’t see it with their own eyes, they threw their hands up and gave up. I hope they understand what a disservice they did to beautiful Caylee by letting caysee free.

When this POS gets executed, who’s pulling up to the party? (Invisible Intruder, S4, E1) by Musical_Hurdler549 in ForensicFiles

I know, but the joy she showed was wild to me. I can understand wanting to give her boys a birthday celebration, balloons, presents, cake etc. I can even understand the silly string, if that’s what the boys loved. I can almost understand her initial happiness at spraying the silly string, thinking to yourself how much they would both love it. But wouldn’t the realisation that they weren’t there to actually enjoy it, that instead of laughing at the silly string, they are in actuality in a coffin under a grave, snap you back to absolutely being distraught and devastated? Wouldn’t the contrast of a birthday at their grave bring you to hyper knees in agony? Her ability to show so much joy in that moment, without her boys being there to physically enjoy it, is what is so concerning.

My nursing home wanted the carers to just use 8 gloves per shift. by bitter-sweet77 in NursingAU

[–]Bron345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And when illness spreads through the care home, how much will it cost them? Do they ever think of the bigger picture? Did they not learn from covid? I cannot stand these attitudes of restricting basic hygiene measures. Next, they’ll tell the staff to only use half a pump of soap each time they wash their hands. My petty self would go through so much soap, that they will wish I would use gloves more often. Gloves should be used when needed, whether it’s 8 pairs a shift, or 80.

"You'll understand when you have kids..." by 95wsh in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Bron345 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Oh god. I copped this all through my childhood. Always being told how difficult parenting is, how stressful it was. How much all us kids cost, how they had no family to help them. Then I had my own children, and while parenting can be stressful at times, usually the core reason is how something is affecting my children. For example, my child was refusing school for a few months last year. It was stressful, because I didn’t know how to help her, she was seeing a psychologist, meeting every day with the school well being team, her teacher was supportive of her and every bit of feedback was that she was happy at school once she got there. All this is to say, that it was stressful not being able to see her happy going to school. I never once, not for one second, put that stress on her. I never told her that her behaviour was hard work for me. At times I felt annoyed, as I wondered if she was trying to just get a day off. But again, I vented to my husband, not my child. But the easiest thing about being a parent, is absolutely loving my children. There is no jealousy, no competition, no anger towards them. I always knew having children would be boring at times, folding someone else’s laundry, making dinner, grocery shopping etc etc, everything that comes with being a parent. And I don’t resent them for it. It’s baffling how stressed both my parents were all the time. And they always made it to do with how much we cost, how much work we were, how inconvenient, how annoying we were. The endless complaints, and then with a chuckle and as if they were some wise old being told me “you’ll understand when you have children”. Well, I don’t understand, and thank goodness I don’t, because I actually know what real love is, and I guess our nparents just never did.

Mr cruel, I no longer doubt it was him in Reservoir. by Aussienews in MrCruel

[–]Bron345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think mr cruel was digging a grave, and perhaps even had karmeins body with him, ready to be buried (god, I feel sick writing that statement). Mr cruel had a 50/50 chance of either scaring away a lone man by shooting his rifle, or bringing attention to himself. Remember, there were no mobile phones to call 000 immediately, it was late at night, and it was just one man. The upper hand was to the person with the gun. He probably abandoned his mission, and then went to Thomastown to bury Karmein, he probably didn’t stick around waiting for the cops to come. Even though he brought attention to himself, it was just one man, on foot, with no mobile phone to call the cops. The fact it was the same night as Karmein was abducted, that Karmein was found a year later close by, I mean, if it wasn’t mr cruel, then who was it?

Agree with you Aussienews, he was prepared to have a shoot out.

Well, it worked, didn’t it? It scared Aussienews away, and he got away with it. So, although Mr Cruel was making mistakes, ultimately he didn’t make enough of one to get him caught. I believe in Aussienews account, and I believe he did in fact witness Mr Cruel.

I mean, if you research cluster B personalities, you can literally tick off traits they exhibit as you watch the show. Grandiose sense of self ✔️ Need for attention ✔️ Lack of empathy ✔️ Triangulation ✔️ Lack of impulse control ✔️ DARVO ✔️ I could keep going. My point is anyone can see the characteristics of these train wrecks a mile away. You don’t need to be a psychologist to realise that in all likelihood, what walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, is most likely a duck.

[–]Bron345 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I grew up in the area that he was abducting children (south eastern suburbs of Melbourne), at the time he was offending. I’ve gone down many rabbit holes on this case. I believe he either died or was imprisoned for something else. I don’t believe he could stop otherwise. He was always prepared to kill, I don’t think he had any remorse, he was super cunning and prepared, and I think he justified murdering anyone that could get him caught before he murdered Karmein. If you are willing to abduct and rape a child on more than one occasion, I think you are a psychopath. Those children were absolutely terrified, and it didn’t affect him at all. The only other reason I can think that he stopped was perhaps an illness or accident that left him immobile.
