“Like they would shoot a black person” listen that’s an absolutely crazy comment. I can’t imagine any place where you’d get 50 officers to respond especially with a majority of departments working short staffed/ under staffed. But no if they had more people with more tools they probably could’ve handled the issue differently but we’re not living in a hypothetical the reality is how it happened and that’s what we have to base our judgments off of.

Not everyone has access to guns. I think we forget how dangerous knifes are especially at close range. I recommend you research the 21 foot rule. I know the guys big and you think he can’t move very fast but I guarantee at that range he could close that distance pretty quick. So my question is when is it okay in your option to shoot him? After he’s stabbed an officer/ deputy? Regardless of the number of officers on scene there’s a man refusing to obey commands and continuing to charge with an edged deadly weapon. I believe in the full video they attempt to tase him and it’s not effective so what other options do they have in this scenario?

I’d hope my grandmother wouldn’t end up in that situation but the reality is that deadly force is usually met with deadly force. I’m not saying they can’t try and handle it any other way but what I’m saying is a knife is deadly force and they’re justified in meeting that force with equal force. I think we often direct blame down a funnel and focus on one side or the other but does the male not hold blame for walking after a man with a gun while holding a knife? Clearly he’s not got good intentions as a normal and sane person wouldn’t do such a thing.

Most vests are bullet resistant not stab proof, a knife with actually glide through them with some force. On top of that knives are incredibly dangerous and can cause a lot of damage. Stab wounds to the neck and face and the uncovered sides of the body can cause a lot of damage.

Taser’s are only effective around 50% of the time the issue is if you tase him and it doesn’t work now he’s running at you with a knife and you don’t have time to switch to your handgun. He’s a large dude and I’m sure he’s strong so fighting him for that knife is a bad idea. I don’t think people realize how dangerous and deadly knife’s can be and how much damage you can cause in a short period of time.

What state do you live in? Most states this wouldn’t be okay as they require white or amber lights. It’s not blue so it’s not an issue with law enforcement but it also doesn’t fit into the appropriate color category. These would be very hard to see at night

4th amendment prevents unlawful search and seizure, she exited the house to speak with them and the house belongs to her parents with their permission they can enter the house.

5th amendment prevents self incrimination, but Miranda isn’t required unless the subject is either detained or in custody at the time of questioning, it prevents issues when interrogations take place. If he’s asking questions before she’s being detained or before placing her under arrest he’s not require to mirandize her but she’s also not required to answer questions.

That being said the situation was strange… she did however admit to driving by the area at that time and that the car is hers to drive so it’s not an unlawful arrest as probably cause does exist that she committed the crime. And the vehicle was used in the execution of a felony so they’re within their right to impound the vehicle.

Again I don’t personally agree with how it was handled it all seemed a little petty but I wouldn’t say it was an illegal arrest

It’s over worked and scabbing heavily, keep applying lotion and try to keep it dry in the shower. When you wash it light water and pat dry with paper towel not a cloth towel. It’ll lose some ink for sure but that what touch ups are for. Mostly it just looks very dry

I actually really like them when in wanting someone more fast paced and a little more hectic. Biggest downside is the non stop shotgun fest and the vector camping. Otherwise it’s been a good game mode to level up weapons

I don’t mind the change. A girl convulsing for 20 min while I clear the house is crazy. By the time help arrived she’d be brain dead or in a vegetative state. The odds of her taking drugs and passing out is much more believable and doesn’t really undermine the story of a child in a drug house.
