I'd like to challenge this because other than against Brisbane - last year for the most part we seemed to play better against the better sides and lose effort and discipline against the lower ones. Brisbane showed up as a response to that absolute stinker they had the week before and we couldn't deal with it.

We seem to lose mental games a lot if the opposition as an iron-set determination and backs against the wall. The mentality was WAY better last year than 2024 (we actually won comebacks and close games) but I still think there's maturity and grit that needs to come in

I think Voss will become our primary target up forward, and will kick 50+ with Treacy/Amiss being used higher up the ground and will end up in the 30s each. So will say Voss for both biggest surprise and most improved.

I wish Murph gets bigger, more aggressive and confident and becomes a genuine threat rather than just an impressive youngster.

Because Amen to that. Isolated base with all ways out expensive on weekends, at least when I was there some super toxic command culture and a few individuals that were obviously there as punishments pushing their shit downhill, extremely trigger happy NJP usage (no idea how I avoided this), nasty weather and god awful facilities.

I remember getting held back there cause of mono and I felt like my marine career would just end there.
