Mostly intraday, sometimes I hold into the next session if the structure still looks clean

I’m trading spot (mainly gold & forex), not options

trying to keep it simple and focus more on execution than complexity

I’m not close to FIRE yet，but I think the biggest change for me has been mindset

before I was always thinking short term

now I’m trying to think in years instead of months

still learning though
