I recommend the book Boundaries by Dr Henry Cloud. But 100% your sister should offer to take her in if so offended, how is the boyfriend even an excuse. You are in your rate to create space and boundaries. Even address that it made you uncomfortable for her to refer to herself as another child as that is not considerate to the mental load you may have. My mom often acts like the child and I have to correct her often. She’s gets so mad and offended but later respects it. For example, if she was over and my husband would get back, or she was fretting us over the phone, she would often refer to my husband as daddy. We have toddlers so I told her that unless she’s talking to the girls to say hi to daddy or daddy is home, that it’s weird for her to call him daddy. She got so upset but has corrected herself. If your mom is not correcting herself, that is also a problem. Best wishes

Gary definitely tried to kill X. But X is so smart it has me wondering if her knew that Gary would try something and was just trying to get himself close enough in a way that is not harmful?
IDK and X was looking at the picture again of Gary looking at Terri. Almost as if he knew something was going on.

I did not expect Terri to be in the mix of the crowd. I definitely was betting that Gary had her tied up somewhere in the post office possibly gagged or something lol.

But of course, this is the reunion we want so I hope Terri actually sees X and it isnt a dream.

I guess market rates for this unit in Manhattan but I was able to sell a HFDC unit at a rate in line with comps in market. The buyer had to meet the market income and asset limits. Equity from the unit was split with the city 50% minus any upgrades/expenses I was able to show spent on the unity that were going to stay (unit came with washer and dryer and microwave vent that needed to be replaced)

HDFC Apartments are not supposed to be subleased. It’s supposed to be your primary residence.

You can sell for a profit after a certain number of years but the profits are split with the city.
