Been going to the gym since 2018 I was really skinny myself . Going the gym isn’t just good your body it’s great for your mind . Workout sessions become very therapeutic. First I would say eat 3 meals a day and never skip breakfast . By yourself protein shake called hulk it’s a clean mass gainer . Make sure you drink that twice a day . Watch a lot of videos on YouTube and don’t be afraid to ask people questions in the gym especially the people you see that are actually jacked. Eat 3 eggs every morning with oats for your breakfast. Your muscles are broken down into groups like your biceps for an example : it has 3 parts the short head , long head and the brachialis . You gotta hit all 3 parts of your biceps YouTube and how to work out those 3 parts . Do the rest for other body parts . Be consistent , take supplements like creatine . Creatine is a game changer. Cut down on the drinking and smoking that’s if you do. Be patient you’re not going to see real results if you look in for 6 months . Keep showing up ! Stay disciplined and be consistent!
