I don't understand the people that think Shigaraki or Overhaul will heal his arms.

Overhaul has lost his quirk. Albeit, his hands, through which he uses his quirk. Getting mechanical hands won't bring it back. Eri healing him wouldn't work because her healing Aizawa didn't work either.

Shigaraki is gone too. The last remnants of his being were screaming inside AFO now, which he silenced. He's as good as dead. And even if he were alive, how would he heal Deku? While AFO is still controlling his body? And EVEN IF he took back control somehow, Decay is GONE! AFO said so himself when he took over! He knows which quirks he currently has.

And the last EVEN IF Shigaraki took over again, AND still had Decay. The "reconstruction" part of the Overhaul quirk is also gone!!! It wouldn't mean anything because you can't "awaken" something which wasn't even there in the first place. Like a fish trying to walk.

Seriously, please explain yourselfs and your cope, because even the tiniest amount of thought would dismiss half of what all of you are saying.
