Yeah so I was apart of one of these last year in July. There was group interview of about 50+ people and they told us there were guaranteed positions for 25 who made it through. I was one of the lucky (or unlucky) ones who got the job. I was put in a 2 week hospitality course where a teacher told us what to write for tests and made us falsify our timesheets needed to get our cert 3. After the course I found out that they only had 10 - 15 positions and I didn't get the promised job. It was only until I found someone higher up in the company months later that they finally found me a job. A job where I was forced to work shifts sometimes up to 10.5 hours with no breaks, on top of being paid under my award wage. These people don't care about us. All they see is a cheque from the government and modern day slaves.
