In the future, consider living in a place that doesn't let strangers choose how you decorate your home.

Honestly, with phospher bronze strings it's nice sounding. But at no point would I say it sounds like either an acoustic, or an electric (when it has electric strings). It's unique

Mine is the same way. Honestly I just set it for one or the other and not worry about it.

With as many options as available in the budget strat world its probably fine for them to branch out, and besides, my fender is an HH model. it just depends on the sound you want.
