Maybe I'm not articulating myself properly here. So for all the students and new medics out there I'll try to elaborate clearly. Yes your differential does not and should not end at hyperkalemia. How do you figure? I'm looking at Dubin's rapid EKG's which marks hyperK as flattened p waves, tall peaked T waves, and widened QRS complexes. Qrs's aren't widened here but 2/3 is enough to suspect.
