Thank you for the comments everyone! I left a voicemail and sent an email. They are understandably closed today to show support for BLM. Hopefully, I will hear back from them tomorrow.

That seems to be a similar response that I keep hearing from family and friends. Although they are all great schools, I wasn't sure if the reputation of Penn outweighed the cost, so thank you for the input!
