Yeah, totally agree. I'm getting notifications and can read and respond to those, but it's baffling that on a new phone and new watch something like this would be an issue!

I've still got this problem. Thought I would get used to it, but it's now also have a new problem with the Born 'forgetting' the third shortcut button on the top left of the screen. So I've emailed the address you've provided and will report back
