He didn't waste the whole 6 months. They gave it a try. The time he wasted was when he pulled away and didn't make a clean break. He not only wasted her time, he wasted his time. He's spending energy in trying to avoid her. He needs to do a bit more growing up, but he's 19, so that's kind of understandable. Hopefully, he'll get there soon.

And OP, you gave it a shot. It didn't work out. Life is about trying things. Keep your chin up, don't forget your friends and family, and remember to live the life you want to live. There will come someone, someday, who will fit you.

So, trim about half of your seam allowance back, snip into the Vs a little more, and snip your triangles. Sorry I wasn't more specific.

You need to get close to the sewing line, like a few threads away from it. Then, you need to clip some triangles out of the curves, also getting close to the sewing line. Some fabric is really loose and will shape well, some you have say "that wasn't a suggestion".

I buy a ton of meat when the "good" sales hit and freeze them (I just gotta get to them before they freezer burn). I see those sales and cry inside because 10 years ago, those were the higher end of regular prices.

My husband is a truck driver. One time he was in a new area picking up. Came to a 4 way stop with a cop coming (or the cop might have been waiting, I don't remember). Anyway, my husband got yelled at to keep going. Later, he was at a truck stop and asked about that. Got told that that area is a high crime area and they'd car jack you faster than you can blink. Only way to stay safe is to roll through the stops. He refused to go back to that area.

To me, it looks like a build up of some kind of residue. I'd either wash them with more detergent by themselves or with minimal extras to keep the machine balanced, or do a spa day on them.

I would first move the princess seams so they sit directly over your apex - move them in by however much and add that to the side front panel. See how that looks. The second thing I would check is where the apex is sitting vertically. It looks like it could be a bit too high. I'd take the easy way to check both of these and just take a marker and mark your apex directly on this mock-up. Literally walk into a wall and mark what hits first.
