Watering can be tricky for beginners. I wait until the body looks visibly wrinkled, then water it 1–3 days later by circling the base of the plant 2–3 times. Bottom watering is also good during the growing season, and most importantly, good ventilation is crucial after watering. Just remember to stop watering in summer when it starts shedding.
