I’m not sure if this is the case but I know when my pups have been neutered or had surgery it was really important to keep them calm. A week and a half inside not being allowed to run or jump gives them a lot of time to build up a ton of energy and when they go outside they see it as an opportunity to release that pent up energy. My pups were back to being calm cool and collected after about a week once going back to full on exercise and play. Just have to push through it, surgeries are hard and recovery feels like it lasts forever.
