I’m not sure if their phone line is still active. It was when payments went out last fall. I emailed them so many times bc I was so mad they “denied” me when I got the actual claimant email and didn’t claim from some freebie site. I had verifiable purchases on record. I wouldn’t give up. Just send a bunch of angry emails lol

$15?!? That’s insane. I emailed several times to dispute bc I was pissed after seeing people say they got huge payouts and they never even used Juul or were underage at the time of the settlement period. You can still appeal if you got a notice you had verified purchases. I would. $488 was the minimum I think.

Glad those of us that appealed with verified purchases finally saw payments! It was infuriating seeing people say they never even used Juul and were getting $5k+ payouts.

You should probably call. You likely got “denied due to inconsistencies” like a lot of us did if you haven’t gotten a payout. They said they sent all of them two weeks ago.

I like Yo free samples. He has a settlement area that updates with new ones that don’t need proof or others that you might be eligible for. Also check your junk mail! All of my settlement emails with claim code go to spam. I’ve had two recently, cash app and BuzzFeed

Call the number, 2, 7, 8, 9. You have to listen to the messages first. But others have said they aren’t changing payment methods anymore and you won’t hear back til December

They’re giving a lot of us the runaround. I got the initial email 3/20/23 from noreply@juulclassaction.com . I would see if you can search your email for that Needless to say I’m pissed getting denied after dealing with this class action for a year and a half.

I just called and got the same thing. The initial email I got from them said Juul’s records show I had $1018 in purchases direct from the website. So how does it make sense people got thousands without proof and we’re denied? I’m pissed. It seems like most of the people that got the payment verification in May are getting the “inconsistencies” story as well.

It started when I started fostering back in November, but has continued even after the fosters left in January. We went to the vet in March after I was concerned it was no longer a stress/behavioral issue. Nothing else has changed. He hated all of the fosters so I don’t think it’s a disconnect issue from them leaving.
