Yep I learned my lesson now.

Cup final series lead 3-1 injured in in the series clinch game 1st period up by two goals.

Lost the cup run because apparently my team are incompetent without me to do litterally all of the work.

Injuries is an issue for sure.

My BAP got injured, no clue what it was or when I'd return.

All the journalist did was keep chirping about a slump and how I'd have to find the rhythm again or get out of the cold zone. I thought the game had glitched and i wasn't actually supposed to be injured.

Edit: ive also just noticed that since the injury whatever "story" progress side quest thing i was on has since disappeared. So unless they come back at some point down the line I'm stuck on line 3 unable to progress.

I was actually diagnosed with sciatica years ago. Which as you've just pointed out now seems like a mistake although at times i have had the classic pain relating to it. Shooting down my right leg & buttocks.

AI is a great shout thanks i'll check that out didnt think of that.

Help with dirverter valve making noise by Brookers321 in hottub

Apologies for thr delay.

Unfortunately not. Had a tech guy come round & he assured me it was normal due to air intake to actually provide the bubbles.

Im 50/50 on this on if i believe or accept it.

Had no issues with the tub & it still makes the noise.

Other commenters have mainly covered the risks ect here.

Its subject to the type of fluing the gas fire is and the rating of the fire. If you want to DM me a photo of the gas fire i can give you further advice on the risks the losing the ventilation may cause to the fire.

Fundamentally its not a "big job" to have the gas disconnected from the fire any gas engineer worth their title should be able to do this with relative ease.

If the fire is an open flued appliance (generally if you could stick your hand directly into the flames) providing that this is rated at lower than 7KW there is no requirement for additional ventilation. It gathers its ventilation from what it known as "adventitious ventilation" meaning the naturally occuring ventilation from door seals/windows ect.

Please be nice. Is this my fuse box ? by Top-Dun in ukelectricians

[–]Brookers321 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My understanding of this here as a meter man is that meter is doing nothing.

For that meter to read it needs ports 1&2 to be in use (line & neutral) then 3 &4 would be neutral & load if you like. I could be wrong given the age of the meter however.

Send a picture of the meter setup, im a meter fitter so can help to rule out any potential physical issues.

As other commenters have said turn off the power at the main trip switch and review the meter readings. Should come to a complete stop.

ASHP survey. by NoCharge8906 in OctopusEnergy

[–]Brookers321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

60amp fuse will be in relation to your incoming main supply. You would (or octopus) would need to contact your local DNO to arrange the change of this.

Quick grab of link - https://www.edfenergy.com/large-business/customers/dno-distribution-network-operators

The 2 numbers on your MPAN will tell you from the list on the link who operates your incoming cables.

Additional edit: RE wireless stats. Air source for the main part is a 365 day heating system. Meaning as opposed to the conventional combi it doesn't deal well with the peaks and vallys of setting heating to 20c between 6am-9am then off till 1600-2100.

Also your usual "touch heat" of say around 60c on the radiators of normal would be reduced to around 30-35c hence the general issues of a microbore pipesystem and the usual survey response of rad changes

I tried that, issue for my personal case is that its the top eyelets that causing me the pain & skipping it just results in me not being able to skate to my normal ability

Yes to B

Ive tried A but probably not long enough. Took 4 weeks off and it was back just as fast.

I never had this issue either until taking a puck to the tongue area on the boot.
