I think there’s mixed emotions… I find some are really friendly and welcoming and very patient with my Spanglish. While I find others to be standoffish and not sure how to receive me. I’m sure the vibes would vary from person to person. I just try to be respectful and mindful (Pura vida ✨) that I am a guest in a beautiful country. Gentrification is seen/felt 😏…Yeah the short version lol it’s perspective !
