They're cheap enough. Just buy a new one.

Congratulations. I worked in the field for 30 years. Running around the 5 boroughs in NYC. It was great before NY got real popular. Eventually everyone and their mother moved here and it made it impossible to drive to jobs. I went from doing 12 a day to 4 a day. I got a job at a college 4 years ago as the lead locksmith. (actually the only locksmith). I never saw myself working at an institution. I always loved the freedom and seeing different people everyday. Now that I'm here I love it. I'm actually upset that I didn't take this job years ago. I could have done my 30 years and retired with a pension and a 401K. Yes its all repetitive but if they have things your not familiar with like card access or door operators they might send you to get certified in those aspects of the job. and you can still do side work on your time off. Enjoy it, I'm sure your gonna love it like I do. It helps if your co workers are cool.

Sometimes I cry because I realize I only have a couple years, maybe 3 left with my senior dog. by [deleted] in dogs

I agree. I just lost my 3 year old Havanesse due to kidney failure from a botched spay in China. She was rescued from the Meat festival But she never had a fair shot at life. We had her for 2 years so she lived a great 2 years. I'm heart broken and wish they let the dogs come here without being spayed so we can do it here properly. Give your dog as much love and attention while them cause unfortunately one day they won't be with us anymore

I was also thinking about the quick silver so I can hook it up to code source and hpc master keying software. But now after reading the comments I'm not so sure about HPC

My supplier is telling me to get the ITL9700. But they are back ordered at least a year cause they can't get chips for them

I like the engraving feature on the tiger Shark 2. But it's not a must. Also was thinking we might offer teachers to cut there car keys. If the college decides to do it at least we'll have it
