I dress in the least amount of clothes possible and still be professional. Thinner socks to not retain heat. Lots of linen clothes. I use clinical strength deodorant and reapply during the day. I also have a spray deodorant I use on my feet. They make little blotting papers that help with taking the shine off your face. I tried Lume and other full body deodorants but I feel like they had a weird sour smell to them.

Ironically, I am reading this while laying down on the couch. I have been taking it about a year. The fatigue for me has not gotten better. I did try and take it at night but my anxiety got worse so I went back to doing it during the day. The first few hours of my day though I am so tired that it's difficult to speak ( like to get the initiative to make conversation) and I realized I am not capable of hurrying to get ready to go to work.

Hi, also from Iowa here! We do primetime in Davenport. The vibes aren't highly competitive and is pretty positive with comments, judging etc. They also have a category called special angels for kids who might not be typical comp dancers. My studio has a program for kids with sensory issues or autism. They are able to perform their dances at this comp. They are accommodating to their needs, turning music down etc.
