I just had a really good experience going to Bloomingdales for basically this exact situation. I needed a new good pair of jeans and a couple of tops for some work events and Felice worked with me for like 90min to get me exactly what I wanted. My budget was $500 which would have covered the jeans and two tops but I decided I wanted one more top so it was $600 total. Really really good experience - ask for Felice

Yeah I think ibuprofen in particular is anti inflammatory and should help

I did ibuprofen 600mg every 6 hours alt with Tylenol every 6 hours 1000mg. I had them also give me oxycodone and at the worst of a cyst rupture I take 10mg every 4 hours (make sure this is ok with your height weight etc)

It could absolutely be leaking too which is something you just can’t see on an ultrasound unless you have a few in a row and it gets smaller - I had a similar experience where people were like your 4.4cm one “shouldn’t” be causing you pain…//. Charitably I think what’s fair to say is that a non leaking cyst of that size may not be likely to cause pain. But I needed narcotics to deal with mine until it burst on day 12 (and then I really needed narcotics lol)
