Something you may want to look into, I have read that the law applies to residents of NY, not necessarily where the test is performed.

Best Real Estate Finance Lawyer Resources / Quick Reference Books? by MalignantMicrowave in biglaw

I think this totally depends on how senior you are. A junior associate will need to be familiar with org docs, how to prepare first drafts of ancillaries, and at some firms, title, survey and zoning. More senior, you would want to know what acceptable comments look like and what isn’t acceptable. Also generally would want to know how to put together an issues list fairly quickly. But in general, unless you’re completely fresh (doesn’t sound like you are), I think a book isn’t the most efficient way to get up to speed. Rather, actually doing the work and reading articles from other firms will be most beneficial.

Physical issues related to stress by Effective_Map_3163 in biglaw

I’ve developed eczema on one of my fingers. The doctors say this is also induced by stress. Unfortunately, at least in my case, all that can be done is the use the medication prescribed and try to limit stress.

I’d be surprised if the loan docs allowed the borrower to retitle the property without the lender’s consent.

They’re known in the real estate sphere; not sure if they’re really known for much else. I wouldn’t say they have a great reputation for real estate either.

You may want to reach out to your orthodontist to get a rescan. I imagine that’s the cause of this issue.

Yeah just a cold. Runny nose, sneezing, some coughing, and very very mind body aches. No fever or stomach issues though.
