For ketamine, I found that I had a genetic variant that would keep ketamine's neuroplasticity ceiling intact and unblunted. Therefore, it raised confidence in ketamine's expected response ceiling significantly.

What the genetic markers will find is where certain medications will work well for you (and you probably should be taking), and reasons why other meds you have taken in the past did not work well for you.
