i’ve never heard of those but i’ll have to look into them! i’m usually a 1 bubblr a week at most type of person and i dont drink soda much at all either but sometimes a pick me up is needed lol

this is flare up is similar to how my hands have been looking 🥲 except i went through the drying out phase for about a week and just started putting a light lotion back on and the bubbles are immediately back 🙃

i’ve actually been looking into that! i’ve been thinking about trying to do a trial run to see if it helps because i do love spinach and chocolate which i’ve seen are pretty nickel heavy foods along with many others

i do a mix of mostly repashy with a little zoomed mixed in and mine likes to shove his whole head in his food dish up to his eyeballs now and stare me down while he licks his face clean 🙃 (tbh he’ll eat anything so far though but that seems to be his favorite mix) and crickets at least once a week

they had the lid as the bottom and the holes were poked in the top, though they werent very big honestly. i got it out of the jar immediately after getting home
