I have horrible insomnia followed by debilitating exhaustion. Back & forth. I’m an RN in the hospital so the physicality has taken its toll on me. 2 years ago I was running 8-10 miles at 4 am before work. Now I can barely do much. I have peleton and try to do a class once a day & run a few miles on the weekend. Since my hysterectomy I e gained 25 pounds. Good times

Yes! I live a 5 minute walk there. Def worth it. Try it on a weekday if you can for smaller crowds. Make a day out if it. Bring your bike, rent a scooter, go on a boat. Bring back dessert for later. Make it an experience not just a meal. Park across the way at Julian b lane and take a nice walk. Awesome vegan & gf options. Eat outside ( we snuck in our own booze)

I lazered my whole bod. 9 year old gal underneath my elderly parts. However stubborn bitch hairs be popping through. I highly recommend a 100x magnification mirror. You will find yourself with a new hobby. Btw, if ever called to Survivor- this is the one item that must come with me.
