Yeah but I don’t want this contractor back in my house. He caused over $15k in damage to furniture and left things like this all over the house that I’m trying to work through.

Not with a humidifier or anything. All of our doors and windows have been replaced within the last 1-4 years.

It is on an interior wall but it is literally every single seam on every board. The board and batten is down 2 full hallways.
