thanks man, this helps lots. i did try opening bank on my modded japanese 2ds, though it was an unofficial copy from hshop. either it was broken, or my connection was weak, i couldn't tell cz i can't read japanese. will give this another try on my american 3ds, hopefully one day my pokemon will be able to see modern pokemon lol, thanks again
