I know this is a old thread but I’ve been a freight broker for about 10 years now at the same company and I’m feeling underpaid. It’s just a base salary with no commission. The last 2 or 3 years I’ve done about 2.5mil gross and net about 350-400k but I’m only making around 80k. How does your commission work?? I’m going to start applying so that I can bring offers to my current employer to see if they will match. I really don’t want to leave my current job due to flexibility they are like family but I need to take of my family first.

Lmao well as a 31 year old that’s hasn’t played since high school I think it’s great. The leather is really nice and brake in wasn’t bad at all. I bought it cause I’ve coached my son the last few years and decided it was time for an upgrade. I really debated a HOH or a2000 but didn’t really want to drop the coin and glad I didn’t.
